Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for on-site technical facility operations across three buildings in Powai, Mumbai. Responsible for reliable, safe, and compliant operation of site systems during shifts.

What you'll do

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors, monitoring performance and completion of work.
• Maintain equipment/asset/service request logs and submit daily/weekly reports for monthly updates.
• Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Enforce health, safety, statutory, and crisis management procedures; participate in safety drills and maintain safety documentation.
• Conduct site rounds to flag risks and implement risk mitigation, energy conservation, and sustainability measures.
• Support minor project work including installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades; train junior staff.

What you'll need

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years OR BE/BTech with 3+ years technical FM experience.
• Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and FM tools.
• Willingness to work shifts and cover multiple buildings.
