Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for Property and Asset Management, responsible for maintaining technical services during the shift and coordinating engineering operations with the building team.

What you'll do

• Ensure technical services remain operational throughout the shift duty.
• Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular site inspections for risks/defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain asset documentation and follow up on defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
• Oversee vendor quotations/invoices, attendance sign-offs, and client cost sheet/invoice follow-ups.
• Support risk assessment, root cause analysis, and create corrective/preventive/emergency response plans.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and assigning/monitoring maintenance projects.

• Location: On-site in Gurugram, HR.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting to Building Manager/Technical Manager; working with operations team.
