Overview
Shift Engineer (Property and Asset Management) responsible for maintaining technical services during shift duty and coordinating engineering activities for site assets.
What you'll do
- Ensure electromechanical/utility services are maintained operational during your shift.
- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks/defects areas.
- Oversee asset documentation and follow-ups for defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in trackers.
- Monitor SLAs & KPIs for service deliverance and maintain performance indicator scores.
- Manage vendor quotations/invoices, attendance signoffs, and client cost sheet/invoice follow-ups.
- Lead corrective, preventive, and emergency response planning and participate in evacuation drills and ERT/QRT.
What you'll need
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
- Manage an engineering team (engineering team management is part of the role duties).
- Coordinate technical issues with client and occupants (as shift leader).
- Maintain engineering reports like DMR and MMR.
- Ensure work permits and safe working practices/procedures are followed.

- Reporting: to the Building/Estate Manager; works with operations team.
