Duty Manager- Engineer

Overview

Duty/Shift Engineer responsible for keeping technical services operational during your shift at a property site in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects.
• Review subordinate work and provide guidance when needed.
• Oversee asset documentation and follow-ups for defect liability and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
• Coordinate vendor quotations/invoices and support cost sheet and invoice follow-ups.
• Manage emergency situations and support evacuation drills/E RT-QRT team activities.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using logic to troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• For residential sites, residential experience is preferred.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for activity planning.
