Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Maintenance Engineer role focused on planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs for manufacturing facilities and equipment.

What you'll do

• Ensure group and local health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines are implemented and understood.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform maintenance engineering work on mechanical and electrical specifications.
• Conduct preventive, condition-based, and time-based maintenance for plant equipment.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, checkpoint records, and downtime history in an ERP system.
• Manage repair and maintenance activities with production staff, including statutory safety inspections.
• Maintain critical spares and generate spares requisitions in ERP; coordinate supplier follow-ups.
• Support ISO/EHS audits by attending audits, preparing reports, closing audit points, and agreeing actions.

What you'll need

• Hold a Diploma or B.E in Mechanical engineering.
• Have 6–8 years relevant experience with a Diploma or 9–10 years with a B.E as an industrial/maintenance engineer in manufacturing.
• Have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have good communication skills, planning, and scheduling ability.
• Have knowledge of winding machine, Oven, AHU, RO Plant, Airconditioning, and Crane.
• Have proficiency in spoken and written English.
