Senior Engineer - Maintenance

Overview

Senior Engineer – Maintenance responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production runs.

What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery to minimize downtime.
• Lead machine-building activities and drive process improvements.
• Implement Poka-Yokes, reduce cycle times, and replace outdated control systems.
• Ensure safe operation of machineries.
• Manage maintenance documentation and oversee smooth maintenance function operations.
• Ensure working condition/operation of material handling equipment (Hoist, Crane, Stacker, Forklift).

What you'll need

• Ability to write new PLC programs and troubleshoot PLCs (Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
• Ability to manage operation and maintenance of compressors and dryers.
• Knowledge of new machine installation and commissioning.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Competence in ISO 50001:2011 requirements for energy management system activities.
• Ability to lead, guide, train, and motivate a young workforce and manage employee relations.
