Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for building operations and maintenance tasks, including supervising personnel, handling repairs, and responding to emergencies.

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility for completion of assigned tasks.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Prepare estimates for building repair and maintenance jobs.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Service and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, pneumatic, and alarm systems.
• Repair motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply, boilers, and related equipment.
• Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records.

What you'll need

• Any graduate qualification.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Skills in HVAC, electrical distribution systems, lifts, firefighting protection/detection system, and DG sets.
• Knowledge of building maintenance policies, procedures, and practices.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and related trades.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.

• Role is on-site in Gurugram, HR.
• Rotational shift with work schedule of 6 days per week.
