Electrical Engineer for Seat Integration (Experienced or Senior level / CVE) (M/F/D)

Overview

Electrical Engineer for Seat Integration supporting electrical design and certification activities for commercial aircraft passenger seats.

What you'll do

• Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements and solutions for passenger seats.
• Review supplier data for seat electrical integration approval, including electrical drawings and qualification data.
• Define, draft, and review certification design documentation for aircraft seating products.
• Collaborate with the Office of Airworthiness and regulatory authorities for safe, compliant cabin modification.
• Coordinate with the Type-Certificate holder to ensure seamless seating integration at or following delivery.
• Supervise supplier performance to ensure integration and compliance with requirements.

What you'll need

• For Experienced Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) or higher.
• For Experienced Level 3: 5+ years of aerospace industry experience in a Design or Production Organization (EASA or FAA approved).
• For Senior Level 4 / CVE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) or higher.
• For Senior Level 4 / CVE: 10+ years of aerospace industry experience in a Design or Production Organization.
• Experience/knowledge with RTCA DO-160, RTCA DO-178C, RTCA DO-254, and System Safety Assessment.
• Experience using tools including CATIA V5/V6, ENOVIA, IVT, and AutoCAD.
