EMEA SAP Functional Support Consultant - P2P

Overview

EMEA SAP Functional Support Consultant (P2P) providing BAU support and continuous improvement for SAP Finance Procure-to-Pay processes across S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Ariba CIM, partnering with Finance and Procurement stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support platform operations and future enhancements with EMEA Finance and Procurement stakeholders.
• Resolve business process issues and enable improvements in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Act as primary functional point of contact for Procurement and Accounts Payable teams.
• Ensure P2P process stability through day-to-day functional support and continuous improvement.
• Monitor integrations and help ensure incidents are resolved effectively.
• Provide documentation and enable transition into live service, including localisations or customisations.
• Assist business users, facilitate workshops, and deliver requirements and configuration change understanding.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud P2P business process cycle (e.g., SAP MM, PRs, POs, GRs, invoice management, FI, CO).
• Experience in SAP BAU support or implementation roles (ideally 5–10 years).
• Experience capturing and documenting new business requirements.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA.
• Experience creating test artefacts for unit, integration, and UAT.
• Ability to operate in an IT Service Management system, preferably ServiceNow.
