Engineer - Application Engineering

Overview

Apply engineering expertise to improve Munters products, processes and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Perform engineering work related to product, equipment, system, process or application development and improvement.
• Interpret requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project inputs to support robust technical solutions.
• Develop, review, test, validate, and document engineering deliverables in line with quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance expectations.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or service.
• Investigate technical problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, documentation, product performance, and ways of working.

What you'll need

• Engineering knowledge with the ability to apply theory, data, standards, and practical judgment to real-world problems.
• Ability to create, review, and communicate technical documentation, calculations, analysis, or recommendations.
• Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborative approach across engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, service, and external stakeholders.
• Education: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Relevant experience: minimum 2 years.
