Engineer – Data Analytics and Applications (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL)

Overview

Engineer for Data Analytics and Applications responsible for building and supporting secure software applications, data workflows, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and improve secure IoT software applications (API, UI, backend, workflow).
• Support penetration testing readiness for connected product software through issue resolution and security documentation.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows from connected product, operational, and engineering data.
• Build and support data workflows to improve access to structured and unstructured data.
• Enable data science/ML/AI capabilities by preparing datasets and supporting model integration.
• Maintain and modernize a legacy codebase via troubleshooting, refactoring, documentation, and improvements.

What you'll need

• PhD/Bachelor’s: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting software applications, APIs, UIs, data workflows, or analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and application environments hosted or deployed on AWS.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Details

• On-site role located in Pune, India.
• Coordinates primarily with teams in the US, and some groups in Europe and Japan.
