• Reduce customer PPM caused by producer mistakes (PPM / incidents).
• Provide producer and subordinate training (hours).
• Maintain shop floor 5S adherence (5S rating scale).
• Achieve EOS above 85% (%).
• Increase employee suggestion scheme participation (number).
• Deliver flawless launch of new programs with production support (number).
• Achieve OEE above 90% (%).
• Achieve labour efficiency above 95% (%).
• Achieve a MAFACT score above 4 (rating scale).
