Engineer - Technical Services

Overview

Engineer – Technical Services responsible for delivering installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of company equipment at customer sites, along with customer support, service commercial activities, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Perform installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on company equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Conduct user and operator training programs for equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dealer teams with technical expertise and product/application support.
• Prepare service quotations and support commercial discussions, including service contracts and spare parts.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and installation plans with area technical management.

What you'll need

• Experience delivering field service activities at customer sites, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose technical faults and implement corrective actions per company standards.
• Capability to handle customer concerns and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ability to achieve assigned service revenue targets through service contracts and spare parts negotiation/sales.
• Ability to maintain accurate service data and documentation using technical systems/CRM/services applications.
• Ability to follow quality and HSE regulations during field activities.
