Overview

Engineering Discipline Team Leader responsible for managing a discipline’s QCD performance, budget tracking support, and technical execution across assigned projects.

What you'll do

• Support and contribute to the [Discipline Name] budget definition with the Engineering Manager and design leaders.
• Track and analyze [Discipline Name] budget performance within projects and address deviations.
• Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance for the assigned discipline within projects.
• Implement and enforce adherence to standardized [Discipline Name] methodologies, best practices, and KPIs.
• Oversee [Discipline Name] technical design reviews conducted by discipline reviewers.
• Conduct skills assessments for discipline team members and contribute to tailored training plans.
• Contribute to deployment/monitoring of the [Discipline Name] discipline efficiency plan in assigned projects.
