Overview

Support project managers in delivering small and major projects across design, construction, and project management. The role combines project coordination, client relationship management, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and vendor administration.

What you'll do

• Own small projects and support delivery of major projects.
• Coordinate project reporting, communications, procedures, meetings, analyses, and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets.
• Maintain client relationships by identifying needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants and vendor contract administration.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain focus on health, safety, sustainability, and timely problem resolution.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Degree in a property-related discipline.
• Ability to use JLL technology platforms effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to build open, constructive relationships across organisational levels.
