Project Coordinator Apprentice

Overview

Project Coordinator Apprentice providing administrative, vendor-support, and coordination services for product development and content production teams.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to portfolio and production teams.
• Coordinate workflows and maintain records for vendors, projects, and product operations.
• Organize and schedule meetings.
• Onboard vendors and content contributors and support their systems access and payment setup.
• Handle vendor inquiries about invoices, payments, and systems.
• Create statements of work and purchase orders and process invoices.
• Complete production tasks such as data entry, content transfers, reviewer recruitment, inbox management, and content fixes.

What you'll need

• Be within three years of graduating from a bachelor's degree.
• Have not completed a NATS apprenticeship previously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with invoice tracking, vendor management, or purchase orders.

• Office location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Must be able to commute to the Noida office.
