Accounts Payable Coord I

Overview

Accounts Payable Coordinator I responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, supporting vendor relations, and improving accounts payable processes.

What you'll do

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare and schedule check, ACH, and wire payments.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Intermediate-level or higher proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with international colleagues and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
