Junior Account Payable Coordinator

Overview

Junior Accounts Payable Coordinator to support accounts payable processing, invoicing workflows, and month-end closing activities.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable tasks including PO/invoice matching and invoice entry.
• Upload payment files to the bank.
• Maintain vendor/customer and banking information.
• Communicate with vendors and internal purchasers to resolve discrepancies.
• Process employee claims.
• Support month-end closing.
• Handle GST/TDS compliance-related work.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of GST/TDS compliances.
