Analyst - Accounts Payable

Overview

Analyst - Accounts Payable role in RTX Enterprise Services (Financial Services) in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Oversee invoice processing and transaction verification to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments.
• Manage the accounts payable team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud in the accounts payable process.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with general ledger balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics; support month-end close postings.
• Coordinate with procurement and receiving to match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Handle complex vendor inquiries and disputes, and support audits with required documentation.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in Finance Operations with focus on Accounts Payable processes and related activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Keen problem-solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• B.com/M.com/MBA-finance from a reputed college/university.
