AP Accountant

Overview

AP Accountant responsible for accurate, timely supplier invoice processing, AP helpdesk/vendor query resolution, and support for payment operations while maintaining compliance and internal controls.

What you'll do

• Process supplier invoices accurately within defined SLAs.
• Review invoices for completeness, coding accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Validate invoices against purchase orders and receipts, and resolve exceptions and discrepancies.
• Manage AP helpdesk activities and resolve vendor and internal stakeholder queries.
• Support payment operations, including payment proposal review and execution.
• Use Oracle Fusion to support invoice processing, supplier management, and payment activities.
• Monitor AP performance metrics and support process improvements and month-end close activities.

What you'll need

• Experience in Accounts Payable operations (preferred 4-5 years).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Ability to resolve invoice/payment/account-related queries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
