P2P Senior Associate

Overview

The P2P Senior Associate is responsible for accurate and timely Accounts Payable invoice processing for PO and Non-PO invoices in SAP, with strong exception handling and first-line governance.

What you'll do

• Process and validate PO and Non-PO invoices in SAP with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate tax, coding, approvals, and perform duplicate checks for invoice accuracy.
• Ensure correct 3-way match execution (PO, Invoice, GR) and first-time-right performance.
• Resolve invoice holds, discrepancies, and complex exceptions; act as an escalation point for complex cases.
• Support GR/IR reconciliation and open-item vendor follow-ups and validate vendor statements.
• Contribute to month-end processing inputs, accrual readiness, and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage workload to meet SLA/KPI targets and maintain productivity, aging, and exception trackers.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in invoice processing (PO & Non-PO), 3-way matching, and exception handling.
• AP controls and compliance with SOX awareness.
• Familiarity with GR/IR and vendor reconciliation basics.
• Experience with SAP for invoice processing and GR/IR visibility.
• Proficiency in Excel.
