Executive PTP (Invoice Processing)

Overview

Executive role focused on invoice processing under Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor queries and support.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoice details (prices, quantities, terms) and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
• Handle AP vendor helpdesk and manage query resolution.
• Support timely invoice processing and ensure SLA timelines for AP invoices are met.
• Verify payable information in the system and flag data discrepancies.
• Document bounced and fraudulent payments and notify proper authorities.
• Assist with month-end closing and handle timely reversal/rectification.

What you'll need

• Working experience in SAP with T-code knowledge or a relevant Finance/accounting module.
• Experience in shared services or a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of the Procure to Pay process.
• Knowledge of SOP/DTP and standard operating procedures.
• Good working skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; graduation (any graduate and above).

Details

• Location: Navi Mumbai, MH, India.
• Working hours: 8.5 hours/day (US shift).
• Work mode: Work from Home during early morning shift as per project needs; after transition shifts to Hybrid work from office.
• Requires flexibility to travel during early morning shift period based on business needs.
