Overview

Associate in Accounts Payable (Non-Voice) for vendor invoice checking, processing, and payment, including vendor query handling and account reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Check, process, and ensure vendor invoices are paid.
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve clarifications from vendors and internal stakeholders via email or calls.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items from reconciliations.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Have Accounts Payable certification options including F-Tec.
• Have anti-money laundering certification (CAMS) or equivalent listed certification.
• Have other listed certifications such as CFA, CFE, or CPA.
• Be skilled in Accounts Payable process and General Accounting.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Overview.
• Be proficient in English (C2).
