Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Analyst focused on invoice and accounts payable processing, including data analysis, transaction reconciliation, and invoice verification and matching.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Support vendor compliance, discount capture, and pricing/terms confirmation before payment.
• Handle accounting of goods and services via requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Manage procurement order sequencing and the end-to-end financial process.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities and invoice processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices with purchase/non-purchase orders and invoice matching.

What you'll need

• Primary skill in Invoice Processing (P4).
• Secondary skill in Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Design (P4).
• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to do analysis and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Operate as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope.
