Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes through operational data reporting, transaction reconciliation, and invoice processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze, and reconcile transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance by using preferred suppliers and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Handle accounting of goods and services via requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Manage procurement order sequence and end-to-end financial process flow.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities using relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and invoice processing, including two-way and three-way matching.
• Verify incoming invoices, match to purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate payment processing.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Invoice Processing.
• Required experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Degree qualification: BCom.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Perform with interactions within your team and direct supervisor.
• Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
• Work as an individual contributor with a predetermined scope of work.
