Finance Associate

Overview

Finance Associate responsible for managing accounts payable and procure-to-pay operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and related reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Oversee amortization of prepaid items and handle provisions and accruals for reporting.
• Reconcile vendor/payables accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor inter-company balances and manage invoicing, settlements, and tax transfer pricing arrangements.
• Use ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle) to manage accounts payable processes such as invoices, purchase orders, and accruals.
• Support external audits and help ensure compliance with audit requirements and reporting standards.
• Manage jurisdiction-specific legal entity reporting, including quarterly and annual filings.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4–10 years of experience with the P2P (Accounts Payable) function.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (P2P) processes including invoice processing, vendor management, and purchase orders.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle for accounts payable tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for issue resolution related to vendor payments.
