Engineering Manager - TV Client Paved Paths & Workflows

Overview

Lead the TV Client Paved Paths & Workflows engineering team, which builds self-service tooling, agentic workflows, design-engineering workflows, design systems, component libraries and server-driven contracts for engineers and product partners.

What you'll do

• Lead a platform engineering team that builds products for engineers and product partners.
• Build strong relationships with Design, Product, UI Engineering, and foundational partners.
• Build and support a team of senior software engineers who value inclusion, transparency, autonomy, and humility.
• Bring partners and the business along by illustrating the value and impact of the team's work.
• Empower, challenge, and coach team members to grow their impact as individual technical leaders by providing them with context and continuous feedback.
• Exemplify the Netflix culture by understanding, advocating, and demonstrating its values.

What you'll need

• Experience leading in product or UI engineering domains.

• Compensation range: $436,000.00 - $710,000.00, varying by location.
