​ Enterprise Architect

Overview

Enterprise solution architect role focused on making the Adobe ecosystem reliable, governable, observable, automated, measurable, and scalable at enterprise scale.

What you'll do

• Design solution architecture across multiple products, teams, operational models, and business use cases.
• Create scalable frameworks for platform reliability, health monitoring, operational insights, and proactive issue detection.
• Define governance architecture covering access visibility, entitlements tracking, auditability, privacy, compliance, and operational accountability.
• Identify gaps between business/operational needs and current product capabilities, then define architecture patterns or prototypes to close those gaps.
• Translate complex platform signals into KPIs, value realization metrics, leadership reporting, and decision-ready insights.
• Lead technical decisions on what to automate, standardize, monitor, govern, or escalate to product/engineering roadmap.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership to influence stakeholders and guide implementation teams.

What you'll need

• Experience leading enterprise solution architecture across multiple products, teams, operational models, and business use cases.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks for platform reliability and proactive issue detection.
• Knowledge of governance architecture including access visibility, entitlement tracking, auditability, privacy, compliance, and operational accountability.
• Cross-platform Adobe Experience Cloud understanding across AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Analytics, Workfront, GenStudio, Experience League, and related integrations.
• Technical fluency with data, APIs, reporting, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Strong technical leadership to align stakeholders and connect platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
