Enterprise Architect

Overview

Lead the bank's architecture strategy, governance and solution design, defining target-state architecture and ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements and technology investments.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap across Business, Application, Data, Integration, Security and Technology domains.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and architecture governance activities.
• Review and approve solution architectures for strategic projects.
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, data platforms, digital transformation and AI initiatives.
• Establish architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Evaluate new technologies, vendors and solution options.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Security and Risk teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Mentor solution architects and technical teams.

What you'll need

• 15-20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise technology environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.
• Experience in architecture governance, solution reviews and technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking domains such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data and Analytics.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, Zachman or similar Architecture Framework certification.
• Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of API, Microservices, Data Platforms, Cloud, AI and Security Architecture.
