Enterprise Lead

Overview

Enterprise Lead responsible for the success of Bolna’s largest and most strategic enterprise deployments in Delhi.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), setting priorities and driving execution.
• Own end-to-end success of strategic enterprise deployments from scoping and solution design to launch and expansion.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders and CXOs to understand objectives, define success metrics, and report progress.
• Translate business requirements into execution plans across FDE, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Review deployment strategies, solution architecture, agent performance, and customer outcomes for quality and scalability.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive cross-functional resolution.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, B2B enterprise deployments, enterprise SaaS, or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience leading teams and driving execution through others.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, executable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO and senior stakeholder audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability using data to understand what is happening and why.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Voice AI, Conversational AI, or technology deployments.
• Consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm.
