Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager

Overview

Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager role in Pune, focused on implementing and optimizing sales incentive compensation platform features and customer processes.

What you'll do

• Implement new platform features and manage/optimize client incentive compensation processes.
• Learn platform architecture to independently complete updates, enhancements, and change requests.
• Lead onboarding activities, including incentive compensation plan rules requirements gathering, data analysis, and quality control.
• Support ongoing operations for existing customers, including rule building, process execution, reporting/dashboarding, and product support.
• Scope, build, and test automated workflows, processes, and reporting for incentive compensation automation and visibility.
• Interact with customer stakeholders and serve as main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Hire, guide, and coach a team of Analysts, Associates, and Managers.

What you'll need

• +6 years of working experience.
• Engineering/Commerce/Mathematics/Statistics education background.
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL.
• Strong Excel skills for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation.
• Understanding of data architecture and process flows.
• Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
