Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

Revenue Operations Analyst supporting the global GTM organization by managing data, reports, and dashboards used by Sales and Customer Experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain and enhance recurring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience dashboards and reports in Excel and Looker Studio.
• Ensure dashboards use consistent definitions, filters, and timeframes.
• Monitor dashboard performance and optimize queries, data sources, and layouts to improve load times.
• Partner with Data/Snowflake to define and maintain tables and views for Looker Studio reporting.
• Run ad hoc reports and analyses from Salesforce and other systems for pipeline, bookings, retention, and campaign performance.
• Perform data checks to identify anomalies, missing values, or mapping issues and coordinate fixes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas) and comfort with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio or a similar BI tool.
• Familiarity with Snowflake (or another cloud data warehouse) and basic SQL concepts.
• Experience running reports and exports from Salesforce (or another CRM).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
