Revenue Operations Analyst II

Overview

Revenue Operations Analyst II focused on analytics, reporting, and process/program ownership for a dedicated revenue segment.

What you'll do

• Own and manage performance analytics and reporting for the assigned segment.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports.
• Own program attribution connecting activity to outcomes through tracking and reporting.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end processes from concept to rollout and iteration.
• Track performance against goals and KPIs and flag gaps early.
• Build and maintain backend workflows and automations to power day-to-day operations.
• Partner with segment leadership via regular meetings to review progress and align on priorities.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical/operational field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven ability to build a process or program from scratch and iterate based on results.
• Experience building/maintaining backend workflows and automations (no-code/low-code platforms, Zapier, workflow builders mentioned as a plus).
• Strong attribution/tracking instincts connecting activity data to outcomes.
• A track record of operating independently in ambiguous situations and troubleshooting system issues.
