Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst owning analytics, reporting, and process work for a dedicated segment of the revenue org in a remote India role with 2PM–11PM IST shift timings.

What you'll do

• Own performance analytics and reporting for the assigned revenue segment.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring leadership reports.
• Own program attribution connecting activity to outcomes through tracking, operations, and reporting.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end processes for the segment from concept to rollout and iteration.
• Manage pipeline/workflow for the segment by identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements.
• Track performance vs goals and KPIs, flag gaps early, and identify growth opportunities from data.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical/operational field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, with Salesforce preferred.
• Proven ability to build a process or program from scratch and iterate based on results.
• Strong attribution/tracking instincts connecting activity data to outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
