Sr. Product Analyst - AI Products

Overview

Senior Product Analyst for HighLevel’s AI Products, owning measurement of the AI portfolio and driving insights into the AI roadmap.

What you'll do

• Run the recurring business review for the AI portfolio, from analysis to presenting results.
• Define and document product metrics (activation, adoption, north star metric, penetration) and keep definitions consistent.
• Build and maintain Superset datasets, charts, and dashboards used by the AI team.
• Write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake (including semi-structured JSON) to answer dashboard gaps.
• Analyse retention, cohort behavior, adoption funnels, and account stop-usage drivers at sub-account level.
• Build and report unit economics of AI usage, including token consumption to cost, cost-to-revenue, and margin.
• Report AI product quality (version evaluations, containment/escalation rates) and reconcile disagreements between sources.

What you'll need

• At least six years of experience in product or business analytics, including time working directly with product teams.
• Strong SQL skills, including multi-CTEs, window functions, and cohort logic.
• Ability to query semi-structured JSON in Snowflake.
• Production experience with a cloud data warehouse, ideally ClickHouse and Snowflake.
• Ability to author in Superset or Tableau, including datasets and dashboards.
• Experience with a product analytics tool such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Experience owning a recurring metrics pack or business review used by others.
