Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant (Central or East)

Overview

Manage enterprise customer implementations of Samsara’s IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets. Own deployment success, customer adoption, and relationships across the implementation lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage technology deployments for large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps.
• Track implementation progress, participation, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate the platform to executives and users.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
• Ability to communicate with executives, technical leaders, and software users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Nice to have

• Enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.

Details

• Remote within the United States, excluding the NYC Metro Area.
• Open to candidates in Central or Eastern time zones.
• Travel to customer sites may be required up to 10% of the time.
• Annual base salary: $100,406–$151,875 USD.
