Enterprise Software Engineer (Artificial Intelligence)

Overview

Enterprise Software Engineer (Artificial Intelligence) building and deploying enterprise Generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG, and agentic/conversational AI.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications using LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and MCP.
• Integrate enterprise applications with LLM services including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.
• Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and context management for response quality and cost efficiency.
• Implement AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and hallucination mitigation.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

What you'll need

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building RAG, agentic AI, and multi-agent applications.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience integrating AI services like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
