Enterprise Technology Architect

Overview

Design, deploy, and manage global enterprise networks while shaping architecture visions and transformation roadmaps across data center, cloud, and network environments.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy enterprise network, automation, observability, and reliability solutions.
• Develop target-state architecture and detailed transformation roadmaps.
• Coordinate project resources, schedules, stakeholders, risks, quality, time, and costs.
• Advise client infrastructure managers and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and system issues with cross-functional teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and project compliance materials.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Networking expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and data center and cloud networking.
• Enterprise network management experience with tools such as SolarWinds or HP NNM.
• Experience with observability and AIOps tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of network automation, root-cause analysis, incident management, and problem management.
• Ability to work flexible 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, or CI/CD skills.
• Knowledge of wireless, SD-WAN, and SDN.
• Knowledge of network reliability engineering, SRE, SLI/SLO, and error budgets.
