ERP System Owner / Senior ERP Platform Reliability Engineer leading reliability and performance management across Roche’s SAP enterprise platform.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-application reliability and performance management across SAP Digital Core systems.
- Drive proactive SAP system health monitoring and performance tuning.
- Own ERP platform capacity planning, system tuning, and bottleneck analysis.
- Provide incident and operational support for critical SAP system issues.
- Monitor and improve reliability, scalability, and availability across integrated SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate with SAP developers and functional consultants to reduce technical debt.
- Apply SRE principles to improve availability, performance, and scalability.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in the SAP ERP landscape.
- Deep expertise in SAP architecture, ABAP/SQL tuning, databases, OS/infrastructure, and SAP monitoring tools (e.g., Solution Manager, APM).
- Proven performance optimization experience including bottleneck identification and root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of cross-application dependencies and integration points between S/4HANA, BTP, and middleware.
- Experience in capacity management, system sizing, and preventive monitoring strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, with exposure to BTP and cloud deployments.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools.
