ETL Developer

Overview

Senior ETL Developer focused on developing and managing ETL workflows using Microsoft Azure data services.

What you'll do

• Develop, design, and implement ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, and Azure data services.
• Build complex ETL pipelines with data transformation logic and integration processes.
• Oversee setup, configuration, and deployment of ETL systems for performance.
• Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for high-volume processing.
• Identify complex business logic and translate it into ETL processes for accurate transformations.
• Implement data validation logic and business rules within ETL workflows.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Synapse Pipelines.
• Skills with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS), Delta Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and complex transformations.
• Experience with PySpark and Synapse Spark Pools.
• Proven ETL workflow design/deployment using DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
