Overview

Finance executive role at Razorpay responsible for month-close reporting, revenue assurance, P&L review and balance sheet closing, with automation and unit-economics insight.

What you'll do

• Manage and work with a bigger team.
• Explore automation in all areas worked on.
• Understand the unit economics of the business and provide insights.
• Handle month-close reporting of revenue and the revenue assurance function.
• Review monthly P&L, including review decks and variance analysis.
• Drive monthly balance sheet closing and consolidation.
• Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control activities.
• Ensure timely closure of audits relating to areas handled.
• Work closely with various stakeholders and business partners.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Make independent decisions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of working experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in managing and working with a bigger team.
• Excellent analytical skills; motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Proficiency and knowledge in SAP HANA (mandatory).
• Very high standards of integrity and work ethics.

Nice to have

• Additional qualifications in project management or business management.
• Similar working experience in a payment gateway/aggregator.
