Executive - Finance

Overview

Support commercial operations in finance by managing sales order processing, pricing administration, claims verification, receivables, account reconciliation, process improvements and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely release of sales orders on all working days, including Saturdays, after verifying pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Maintain understanding of company pricing structures and policies.
• Upload and update pricing and MRP changes in SAP accurately and within defined timelines.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing data across all channels.
• Review and validate distributor claims as per company policies and approved schemes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for claim approvals and settlements, and maintain records of claims processed.
• Prepare overdue reports and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers and stakeholders for timely collection and track payment status against collection plans.
• Escalate critical cases to management when required.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliation of customer accounts and key account chains, identifying and resolving ledger discrepancies.
• Obtain balance confirmations from customers and maintain proper records.
• Review financial processes and policies periodically and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Implement approved automation initiatives and support adherence to internal controls and financial governance.
• Coordinate with the Bayer team for quarterly claim reimbursement finalization, including timely submission, verification and closure with accurate records.
• Raise credit notes as required based on approved claims, adjustments and commercial agreements, ensuring timely and accurate accounting.
• Work closely with supply chain teams and CFAs to resolve operational and commercial queries.
• Prepare and share periodic reports and data with management, analyzing commercial and financial data to provide actionable insights.
