Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services

Overview

Manage day-to-day soft services and workplace operations for a premium BFSI office environment in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.

What you'll do

• Manage soft services operations across the office in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, pantry, and cafeteria services meet expected standards.
• Maintain premium office spaces, including fixtures, furnishings, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Monitor cleaning methods, chemicals, and procedures for different floor and surface types.
• Track vendor performance and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless workplace delivery.
• Maintain required records, logs, checklists, and compliance documentation.

What you'll need

• Experience in facilities, workplace, soft services, or hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of premium office upkeep and floor maintenance practices.
• Good understanding of cleaning solutions, procedures, and cafeteria management.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Professional, pleasant, and customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Hospitality background.
• Experience in BFSI or other high-compliance corporate environments.
• Experience with KPI- and SLA-driven service delivery models.
