Facility Coordinator Technical

Overview

Facility Coordinator Technical role at JLL providing onsite technical service, installation, maintenance and customer training for technical systems in commercial buildings.

What you'll do

• Install, service, and repair technical systems and devices on customer premises.
• Provide onsite technical and operational support in the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of systems and equipment.
• Deliver technical training to customers on system use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Provide customers with high-level technical support, responding to customer inquiries.
• Keep updated on new developments and techniques in the field and coordinate closely with the central technical team for constant learning.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical knowledge that can assist in closing sales.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and manage job schedules.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and standards.

What you'll need

• Diploma or B.E.
• 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Field experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing relevant systems, and a sound understanding of those systems.
• Skills in HVAC, UPS, Chillers, Electrical panel, battery, and Commercial building systems.
• Problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, technical acuity, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Specific certifications related to the systems being serviced, depending upon the company and role.

• Location: On-site, Bengaluru, KA (Bangalore, EGL).
• Rotational shift.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
