Facility Executive Technical

Overview

Facility Executive Technical is an on-site role in Pune to manage critical facility/utility operations, compliance, preventive maintenance, risk & safety, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Set up Standard Operating Procedures for management of critical environment and ensure on-site compliance.
• Oversee engineering design and operational aspects of utility systems and equipment.
• Recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance is executed as per schedule.
• Implement risk and safety work practices to reduce interruption to operations.
• Conduct inspections for energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management, and risk procedures.
• Maintain equipment databases and manage regular audit programs to minimize risk exposure.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3+ years’ experience OR a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
• Have experience in Utility Management / Facilities Operations.
• Have knowledge on EHS and work permit systems.
• Maintain M&E operations log book, PPM reports, and checklists.
• Manage vendor management and support incident/helpdesk closure as per TAT.

• Location: On-site – Pune, MH.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting to: Facility Manager/Site Lead.
