Field Engineer Dosing & Dispensing

Overview

Field Service Engineer for dosing, dispensing, and floorcare equipment. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites while delivering safe, efficient technical service.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines.
• Visit customer sites for breakdowns, planned maintenance, and installation visits.
• Use remote diagnosis and remote fix options to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain van stock levels to support first-time fix rates.
• Plan daily work efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment for customers and yourself.
• Keep Salesforce updated with job details, parts used, and follow-up requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Full focus on quality, safety, and service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Confident communication with customers and internal teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
