Field Engineer - South Korea

Overview

Partner with enterprise customers in South Korea to evaluate Cursor, complete proofs of concept, and adopt AI in their engineering workflows. Serve as a technical advisor while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and post-sales teams.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with Account Executives.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and rollout guidance.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops.
• Represent customer feedback internally and influence Product and Engineering priorities.
• Support customer onboarding and strategic account expansion.
• Maintain knowledge of Cursor capabilities and the competitive landscape.

What you'll need

• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to code alongside developers and present to CTOs.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering organizations.
• Hands-on technical ability with AI tooling and debugging complex environments.
• Ability to translate technical details into business impact.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English.
