Field Sales Officer

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through on-the-ground execution of sales strategies. This is a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements, where you’ll represent our brand, build relationships with key decision-makers, and consistently advance opportunities from lead generation to successful closing. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end field sales activities, including prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
• Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities from target accounts through structured lead generation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and long-term account growth.
• Develop and execute sales and business development plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance using CRM tools, providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Drive closing by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and converting qualified leads into confirmed business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Sales, with strong skills in Sales and Business Development.
• Demonstrated ability to run B2B Sales cycles, from prospecting through conversion.
• Track record of effective lead generation and pipeline building in a competitive market.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with confidence in presenting value to decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently.
• Comfortable working OnSite and traveling within your assigned coverage area as required.
