Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer II delivering service for analytical and scientific instruments for customers across research, industrial, and healthcare settings.

What you'll do

• Install complex analytical and scientific equipment for customers.
• Maintain and service sophisticated instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service during field engagements.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet customer needs.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree with no prior experience required, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills at component level.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–75%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management software.
