Finacle Product Engineer – Agile Product Management & Core Banking

Overview

Finacle Product Engineer role focused on Agile product management for Finacle-related solutions, from product vision and backlog to delivery alignment and measurement.

What you'll do

• Define, communicate, and champion product vision and strategy.
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog and roadmaps.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and validate priorities.
• Guide the development team through Agile iterations for consistent evolution of product enhancements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and product documentation.
• Review customer/user feedback, market information, and delivery outcomes to recommend improvements.
• Support release planning, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle management.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, software delivery, or related technology roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Experience using tools for backlog tracking, sprint planning, and burndown/velocity metrics.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and define functional requirements and product specifications.
• Ability to translate business needs, customer feedback, and technical considerations into prioritized product requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, testing, operations, and business teams.
